University of Memphis MBA programs receive global recognition from CEO Magazine

The Fogelman College of Business and Economics at the University of Memphis received three first-time placements in CEO Magazine’s Global MBA Rankings.

Fogelman’s Executive MBA Program ranked No. 56 and the Global Online MBA Program ranked No. 43, both as Global Tier One programs.

A university must be elevated to Tier One or Tier Two position to be considered for the ranking. The University of Memphis is listed as Tier One for the first time, among only 123 MBA global business schools.

“Our MBA programs are not universally the same for all students,” said Dr. Balaji Krishnan, director of MBA programs and professor in the Department of Marketing and Supply Chain Management. “We recognized the need for matching our experienced faculty with the graduate students’ current work experience, life stage and professional goals. The results are quantifiable and further differentiate the Fogelman College of Business & Economics.”

CEO Magazine looks at full-time and part-time MBA programs and weighs factors such as quality of faculty, international diversity, class size, accreditation, faculty-to-student ratio and price.
