Dhane Marques has lived in the Memphis area since the early 1970s. He attended Ridgeway High School and the University of Memphis and holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.
Dhane’s career has spanned several industries, including power sports, retail furniture, financial services, HVAC and document management. Along the way, he has held roles from sales to management, senior level Human Resources to General Management. He currently works with his wife of 34 years running their tax credit business, US Tax Works 2.0.
“At US Tax Works 2.0, we help employers reduce their federal tax burden by maximizing their Work Opportunity Tax Credits.”
Volunteerism is an important part of his core values. Serving as a Greater Memphis Chamber Ambassador since 2011 has been a major factor in building his professional network. He has chaired committees with SHRM-Memphis, served on a Memphis Symphony Orchestra board committee, and is currently active with the West Tennessee Cystic Fibrosis Foundation board. Additionally, he is a past president of the Memphis Motorcycle Club and the Mid-South Sport Riders
When not working or volunteering Dhane can be found in the garage working on his cars and motorcycles, out riding, or studying leadership and business strategy.
