Content Marketing Manager
The Greater Memphis Chamber is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join the Brand and Marketing team.
The Content Marketing Manager oversees lead generation campaigns, increases brand awareness for the Chamber, its members and programs, helps positions the Greater Memphis region’s economic assets, and drives significant growth for the Chamber and its programs.
The role requires someone who thinks analytically and is excited to help shape the future of the Chamber’s digital marketing strategy. We’re looking for an expert marketer with a passion for #MovingMemphisForward. This person is an experienced influencer who understands content marketing and would be responsible for growing and engaging our audiences of investors, site selectors and stakeholders.
As a member of a nimble marketing team, this role is for someone who loves the idea of rolling up their sleeves and helping drive results with the support of a smart team.
- 3 years of experience in a strategic content marketing role
- Excellent writing and communication skills
Preferred Knowledge & Abilities:
- A strong portfolio of original writing, preferably in a B2B role
- Proficient in marketing automation tools, experience with HubSpot is preferred
- Degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications or relevant field
- Expertise in social media platforms
- Project management skills and attention to detail

Membership Account Executive
Greater Memphis Chamber Seeks Persuasive, Take-Charge Sales Pro
- Are you a proactive, take-charge, persuasive person who usually gets what you want?
- Are you an experienced sales pro, with the results to prove it?
- Do you love interacting with leaders and building professional relationships?
If so, as a Membership Account Executive at the Greater Memphis Chamber, you will drive our membership growth through true relational sales. We have leads, efficient processes, sales tools and offer great value to our members. We need relentless, proactive salespeople who are passionate about getting us across the finish line with more new members. This is a well-compensated hunting sales position that is primarily paid on outcomes. It’s not for the faint of heart; it’s for a sales pro who needs to win.
You will be responsible for:
- Working the sales pipeline, from cold and warm calls all the way to close
- Building new sales opportunities
- Telling the compelling story of the Memphis Chamber in the business community, and presenting membership plans custom-designed to meet the needs of business owners and deliver real results
