On Friday, April 3, the U.S. Department of Treasury launched the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). These loans will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have an existing relationship with a lender, it is advised that you reach out to them to begin the process.

Clients applying for Paycheck Protection Program loans through Cadence Bank must have been a business client of the bank. Please contact your Cadence Bank Relationship Manager should you have questions or require assistance.
Commercial Bank is accepting complete application packages and has begun our internal validation procedures so that we will be prepared to submit your application to the SBA as soon as they grant the bank access to their portal.

Fifth Third Bank
You must have a Fifth Third Online Banking Profile or be a user of Fifth Third Direct. If you are a customer and do not have an online banking profile or need to update your online credentials, please visit 53.com.
Following our successful pilot over the weekend, improved functioning of the SBA systems, and more clarity around the rules governing the program, our bankers have expanded the pilot and are now working hand-in-hand to help more current First Horizon small business customers submit their loan applications. We are finalizing an automated application process to help further expedite loan applications.

You do not need to be an existing IBERIABANK client in order to complete an application. However, new clients will not be able to complete an application online. If you are not an existing customer, visit the website to find a location near you to make an appointment with a banker to get the process started.
Independent Bank is currently accepting and processing applications for the Payroll Protection Program from individuals and businesses with an existing Independent Bank relationship.
Until the Small Business Administration (SBA) interprets the regulations and issues its rules and guidance clearly, we will experience some delay in processing applications effectively. We continue to work diligently to get the funds designated in this CARES Act into the hands of our small business owners as quickly as possible.
