Frank Quinn is a Managing Director with CBRE, covering west Tennessee and Mississippi, with offices in Memphis and Jackson. He’s held the role since 2016, returning to CBRE as market leader. During his extensive career, Quinn has represented both landlords and tenants in their leasing efforts, acquired sites for clients, as well as represented owners in the sale of investment properties. Today, as Managing Director, he’s passionate about shaping the next generation of real estate professionals.

CBRE’s Memphis office is committed to community. Under Quinn’s leadership, CBRE takes an active role in the activities of the Greater Memphis Chamber, the Chairman’s Circle and the Commercial Real Estate Owner’s Alliance.

Originally from Jackson, Miss., Quinn graduated from University of Mississippi. Early in his career in Texas he was in the oil and gas industry, but soon felt drawn to real estate. He’ll admit it took countless interviews to finally land that first opportunity. Since then, he’s held top positions with Trammel Crow Company and CBRE | Memphis, the former affiliate office. Prior to returning to Memphis, he was Principal of SPUR Commercial in Austin, Texas, where he specialized in site acquisition, investment sales and tenant representation.

Outside of work, Quinn serves as Treasurer of the Board of Directors and Finance Committee Chairperson for Regional One Health Foundation in Memphis.
