See what Christopher Hope of The Chris Hope Foundation has to say on how he keeps his business growing.
What’s the best advice you ever received?
The best advice I was given was to delegate some of my workload. I dealt with a lot of frustration and fatigue trying to do it all myself. |
What do you wish you knew when you started your business?
I wish I knew how mental this mission could be. My mind is constantly thinking about ways to grow and increase community involvement.
What’s your best time management hack?
Planning my day in advance is crucial for me. I need to walk in the office with a game plan. If not, I’ll find myself wasting a lot of precious time.
Any other advice or tips you’d like to share?
Be patient, keep striving and build a strong team to roll up their sleeves with you to achieve and exceed your goals. |
