The Greater Memphis Chamber is excited to welcome Kyla Guyette as the new Executive Director of the Workforce Investment Network.
About Kyla Guyette
In this role, Guyette is oversees the Greater Memphis Workforce Development Board serving Shelby, Fayette, Lauderdale and Tipton Counties. While new to the Executive Director role in Memphis, Guyette has well over a decade of experience managing large scale workforce development operations across the country; most recently as a Regional Director for Rescare Workforce Services. Nationally recognized as a subject matter expert for delivery of services to youth/young adults, Ms. Guyette also has extensive experience serving the TANF/SNAP population and individuals with multiple compounding barriers to success. Large scale community development as well as interagency collaboration for overall shared strategic visions has been an integral component of past success across the nation. Passion for the work, demand for excellence and a dogged pursuit of innovation are the foundation and guiding forces of her career in workforce development.
Guyette graduated from the University of Mississippi and attended the University of Mississippi School of Law. Me. Guyette is a member of the US Conference of Mayors Workforce Development Council and a frequent advisor on national workforce development best practices and a sought out contributor to workforce development initiatives across the country.

The Workforce Investment Network (WIN) serving the Greater Memphis Region is a community resource that prepares job seekers for jobs and helps connect them with employment opportunities in Memphis, Shelby, Fayette, Tipton and Lauderdale Counties. WIN helps identify and pre-screen qualified talent for local businesses, and in some instances provide grants to employers to help defray the cost of training their workforce. WIN provides job seekers with a variety of services, such as assessments, resume development, job search assistance, and when a job seeker is suitable and eligible WIN can help fund the job skills training needed to find and keep a good job.
