MEMPHIS, TN – The Greater Memphis Chamber today announced the addition of a Regional Site Search Tool to its MEMready program, providing a critical resource to companies and site selection consultants considering locating in the Digital Delta. This marks the first time the Greater Memphis region has offered such a comprehensive resource, positioning the area to compete more effectively for economic development opportunities.

The platform, available on the Memphis Moves website, allows communities throughout the Digital Delta to showcase industrial properties and structures. Creating a more robust system for showcasing the region’s industrial development potential, this website builds upon the Chamber’s MEMready site inventory program launched two years ago.

“By implementing this powerful site selection platform, we’re adding another strategic tool in our toolbelt as we establish the Greater Memphis region as the preeminent tech hub in the country,” said Ted Townsend, President and CEO of the Greater Memphis Chamber. “This technology further solidifies our position as the Digital Delta and demonstrates our commitment to becoming the premier technology destination for business investment and growth opportunities.”

The Regional Site Search Tool provides real-time, interactive access to available industrial properties across the region, with regular updates ensuring accuracy and relevance for potential investors.

“We’re excited to launch this powerful tool for our region’s business development efforts,” explained Gwyn Fisher, Chief Economic Development Officer. “The Digital Delta is full of opportunity, and the Regional Site Search Tool helps us provide a richer, regional picture of the many options available to companies considering locating or expanding in our area.”

The implementation of this tool complements MEMready, which has been helping landowners connect with resources to prepare their properties for economic development opportunities since its inception.
