Small Business Council
Small Businesses, Big Voice
Most businesses start as small businesses. Small businesses create two out of every three jobs, per the U.S. Small Business Administration. They are the beating heart of not only the Greater Memphis economy but of the Greater Memphis Chamber, accounting for 90% of the Chamber’s total membership.
Through the Chamber’s Small Business Council (SBC), businesses with 500 employees or fewer receive support, resources, advocacy, and a deep sense of community that positions them for success.
