Multicultural Entrepreneur Accelerator
This 10-week business development program is designed to support existing and aspiring multicultural and immigrant small business owners in establishing and growing a successful business. Our expert-led training and mentorship program led by the University of Memphis Crews Center for Entrepreneurship provides valuable insights and tools to navigate the complexities of starting and sustaining a business.

Eligibility Requirements
- Must be of immigrant origin (1st or 2nd generation)
- Minimum age 18 years old
- Must have been in business for no more than 2 years
- Must have 5 or fewer employees
- Memphis and Shelby County residency and business location
Application Details
- The application deadline Nov 29, 2024
- Only 10 applicants will be accepted in the cohort
- 10 weeks of in-person training / 3-hour sessions
- January 2025 – May 2025, Saturdays 10am – 1pm (lunch provided)
- $1500 award upon successful completion of the program
- Grant funded program by Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development
