COVID-19 Business Resource Center

Tap into programs and resources to help you improve your workforce.

Let’s build your workforce together

The future of Memphis hinges on a constantly developing workforce that’s always gaining new skills and striving for excellence. On this front, the Chamber delivers enormous value to our members. We connect members, businesses, educators and partners to power continuous workforce improvement. We strive to create programs, services and even mobile apps to help employers hire, train and retain talented and productive employees. From incentives for job creation and training, to assistance with transportation, and help with resume building using resources like Cultivated Culture’s templates as well as in-house creations, count on the Chamber to help you build your workforce.

The Chamber works with regional companies in two areas to help guarantee a qualified workforce.

Workforce Assistance

Immediate Hiring Needs

We are constantly communicating with our member companies about their hiring needs. Send us your open job positions, and we will connect you with the Workforce Investment Network and other partners with a database of job seekers. We will also make sure your jobs are posted on our website and share other resources you can utilize, like the MemphisWorks app.

Training Needs

If your current workforce needs to learn a new skill, let us know. We work with a variety of training partners to create customized programs for our member businesses. We are always looking for ways to shrink the skills gap and provide our citizens with the skills they need to work for you.
